Trade & volume pricing

A whole property, a spec home, a row of units, or a client's renovation? We price large orders differently. Send us the project and we'll come back with the best rate we can do on it, and a code that applies it at checkout.

How volume pricing works

We don't publish a rate card for trade work, because no two of these jobs are the same. We look at what you're actually doing and come back with the best number we can stand behind — then a code that applies it, so you check out at your rate without having to ask anyone.

How many windows
The single biggest factor. A whole property prices differently from a feature wall, and it keeps improving as the count climbs.
Window heights
Price steps up in bands, so a run of tall windows costs more than the same count of short ones. Send measurements and we quote firm numbers.
Your timeline
Everything is made to order. Room in the schedule is worth something to us, and we'd rather pass that back than rush a job.
Repeat work
Spec homes, a portfolio of units, a designer placing orders through the year — ongoing work is priced as ongoing work.

Tell us about the job

Four things are all we need to get started. Everything below them helps us quote faster and more precisely, but skip anything you don't have yet.

Helpful if you have it

The single thing that moves price most. Rough is fine — exact is better.

Worth knowing before you spec

Price is set by window height, and it steps up in bands. A 60-inch window doesn't cost the same as a 48-inch one. So if you quote or spec a job off an assumed height and the windows measure taller, the real total lands higher than you planned for. Send us measurements and the number we quote is the number you pay. You can also check any height yourself on any style page.

Our shutters are decorative. They're built from solid wood and finished by hand, cut to each window's exact height — but they are not rated for storm protection, and shouldn't be specified as such.

Everything is made to order in our West Palm Beach workshop, so lead time moves with the size of the job. Tell us your timeline and we'll be straight with you about what we can hit. We hand-deliver locally and ship everywhere else.
