Refund Policy
Every shutter we build is cut to the exact height you provide at checkout and finished by hand for your order specifically — nothing is pulled from stock. Because of that, our return policy works differently than off-the-shelf retail.
All sales are final
Once production begins, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for correctly-built orders — meaning shutters built to the style, finish, and height you selected at checkout. Since each order is custom-cut, it can't be resold to another customer.
Defects and shipping damage
If your shutters arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund. Please include photos of the issue when you reach out — it helps us resolve it faster.
Before you order
Double-check your window height measurement before checkout — since each shutter is cut to the height you enter, an incorrect measurement isn't covered as a defect.
